We have built strategic collaborations around each one of the sectoral strategies, but further work is needed to develop individual and navigable career paths that link secondary education, post-secondary education, and skills training to careers.  We will develop a minimum of three career pathways for each one of the seven sectors to build upon Rural LISCs efforts and then will track job placements showing a more integrated workforce system.
